The Strategy of Intelligent Property Right in High Institution to Deal with the Challenge after Entrance to WTO

After the entrance to WTO and with the implementation of agreements on intelligent property right related with trade,Chinese universities must face a series of challenge,such as furious marketing competition,increased difficulties in formulating independent intelligent property right,much hither technological vallum,and so on. For this reason,high institutions must actively push out the strategy of intelligent property right with patent strategy at its center;rapidly change the concepts;establish new policy and management system of intelligent property right;formulate concrete regulations in connection with intrnational rules,set up corresponding information network of intelligent property right;cultivate great number of qualified experts in intelligent property right,who can deal with the complex situation after China's entrance to WTO,and to lay down a firm strategic foundation for continuous development of ST work in high institution.
