Abstract

Mining city,as an important part of urban system,is always a focus question in relation to social stability and development of the national economy.The ecological fragility of the mining city has the typical characteristics of pressure-sensitive-elasticity(PSE).Hereby,this paper establishes an evaluation model of ecological fragility of the mining city,taking ecological pressure index,ecological sensitivity index,ecological elasticity index as the basic indexes and utilizing an relatively reasonable evaluation method —— Entropy Value Method.And take the Fuxin city as a case.The valuation results show that:①the ecological vulnerability in Fuxin obviously showed an upward trend,②the ecological sensitivity presents a decisive signification to the ecological frangibility in Fuxin,③the evolution law of Fuxin’s ecological fragility shows that,under the lock-in and accumulate circulating effects,the ecological fragility of mining cities have a typical cumulative time character,at the same time,it means that,in order to achieve the sustainable development,Fuxin has to make the industry transformation,increases the ecological compensation and raises funds,thus needs the central and the higher level government to increase the policies and supporting efforts at the fiscal,finance,industrial,tax etc.
