Analyses of Relations between Urbanization and Local Government's Land Financial
分析了中国从工业化转向城市化后，政府目标从经济发展转向福利，导致建设支出减少、公共支出增加，实证发现城市化率每提高1%，公共支出比率增加0.6293%。
China's government aim has changed as Chinese industrialization approaches to urbanization.In the epoch of industrialization ,government mobilizes all available resource to develop economy in China。 In the epoch of urbanization,China's government aim turn to welfare aim.The aim turn makes the ratio of construction payout decrease and the ratio of commonality payout rise,this paper analyzes urbanization making commonality payout rise and makes an empirical study of this.Ratio of commonality payout will increase 0.6293 percent as ratio of urbanization increase 1 percent,Ratio of commonality payout will increase with income disparity expanding 。
