STUDY ON FARMLAND GRADATION BASED ON TWO PURPOSES AND THE COMPARISON BETWEEN THEIR RESULTS——A CASE STUDY IN YIXING CITY
研究了宜兴市基于农地流转和征地补偿两种目的的农用地资源分等与经济分等，发现两种方法结果差异明显，建议根据国家综合分等规定制定更具体的分类分等技术方法。
Various techniques and methods should be adopted with the existence of different aims for farmland gradation in China. Based on the two purposes of farmland gradation, farmland circulation and compensation for land expropriation, this paper studied classified farmland gradation by resources gradation and economy gradation in Yixing city. Obvious differences were found in the outcome of two methods on classified farmland gradation. In order to improve the scientificity of farmland gradation and the applicability of farmland gradation achievement, more specific techniques and methods for classified farmland gradation in different purposes should be further constituted based on the national comprehensive gradation regulations.
