Evaluation of Regional Industry Security Based on Sustainable Development Theory——A Case Study of Binhai New Area,Tianjin
构建了包含产业结构、活力和依赖度的产业安全指标体系，评估天津滨海新区过去十年的产业安全水平，发现其很低，原因在于重工业和高能耗产业占比过高、服务业占比低、对能源资源依赖度高。
Based on the review of domestic industrial security research,area industrial security indicator system were established including industry structure,vitality and dependence degree according to sustainable development.Then the industrial security of Binhai New Area of Tianjin was assessed using this model,and the results show that the levels of industrial security are very low in the past ten years.The reasons including that industrial proportion is too high and service industry proportion is low following the data.From industrial structure,heavy industry and high energy consumption industry proportion are higher with similar area such as Shanghai Pudong New Area.Tianjin Binhai New Area is highly depended on the input of energy and resource.To realize the sustainable development in this area,more concerns should be paid on reducing of energy use,improving the added values of products and developing cycle economic.In this paper,rational analysis helps us understand the importance of industry,at last some suggestions are put forward to increase the industry sustainable development ability to Binhai New Area.
