European Spatial Planning:Prospects and Implications to China
概述欧洲空间规划体系的演变、困难及解决路径，提炼核心原则，为中国跨境空间规划提供借鉴。
The integrated European-scale spatial planning system is one of the most significant innovations in international planning ideas and practice.Its evolution is,however,not a straight-forward way and has to face a series of obstacles from very beginning.This paper will give an overview of the evolution,indicate the difficulties and examine how European planners find effective resolutions and put the process forward always.It will also explore the core principles to develop the system and then propose valuable implications to the development of China's cross-border spatial planning according to the European experiences.
