A STUDY OF THE COMPILING SYSTEM IN THE TEXTBOOK WORLD ECONOMIC GEOGRAPHY
探讨世界经济地理教材的编写体系，指出当前教材问题，提出应重点研究经济区、经济区域系统及其运动特征，并强调城市地位、国际化影响等四个方面。
This paper is a theoretical inquiry into the basis and system in the study of the world economic geography, pointing out the problems in the current textbook in this field and putting forward suggestions to improve it. The writer of this paper holds the opinion that the study of world economic geography should lay stress on the study of “economic district→economic region→economic regional system and its movement characteristics. Moreover, regional differences exist on both world and regional levels. In compiling the textbook, as the writer puts out, prominence should be given to the following four aspects:the conditional factors in discussing the formation and development of economic regions and their systems, the hierarchical relations among research objects, the position and function of cities and city groups, and the influence of the internationalization of national economy upon the formation and development of regional economy.
