THE SPATIAL-TEMPORAL AND EVALUATION EVOLVEMENT OF THE URBAN SETTLEMENT ENVIRONMENT COMPETITIVENESS OF LIAONING PROVINCE
构建了辽宁省城市人居环境竞争力评价指标体系，用主成分分析法评价了1994、1999、2004和2009年的竞争力，并研究了其时间和空间演变。
The paper established an evaluation index system of the urban settlement environment competitiveness of Liao ning Province,and used principal component analysis to evaluate the urban settlement environment competitiveness in 1994,1999,2004 and 2009,respectively.Moreover,the paper studied time evolvement of the urban settlement environment competitiveness.The paper used calculated results of the urban settlement environment competitiveness competit iveness,space expression method and space interpolation method to research space evolvement of the urban settlement environment competitiveness of Liao ning Province.The paper selects brief and exact spatial interpolation method IDW(Inverse Distance Weighted) to research the evaluation situation of spatialpatulous of the urban settlement environment competitiveness.Numerical value of interpolation points that are calculated will be automatically created in the urban settlement environment competitiveness map,and the effect maps are formed about the urban settlement environment competitiveness.
