STUDIES ON THE SEVEAL PROBLEMS OF CONSTRUCTING LAND FOR OVERALL LAND PLAN IN VILLAGE
研究了浙江省村庄规划中建设用地的三个矛盾：实际用地与规划面积不符、布局分散与集中、村庄发展与耕地保护冲突，提出通过村庄规划与总体规划协调、合理布局功能区块和土地置换来解决。
There are three contradictions to be solved for constructing land during village plan in Zhejiang province. They are contradictions between really using land area and planing area, between dispersing and concentrating location, between needing land for developing village and limited land to protect cultivated area. The method to solve the problems is to let the village plan meet the overall plan, and rationally to locate three function blocks in village and exchange land between uses.
