INTERCITY STRATEGIC INDUSTRY CHAIN AND THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES OF URBAN AGGLOMERATION

With the acceleration of the economic globalization, informationization and networking, the competition which takes place among countries and regional areas more and more reflects as the competition between urban agglomerations. Nowadays, creation urban agglomeration has become the main economic development strategy in many countries or local governments. The development of the urban agglomeration finally embodies in a group of whole industry development of cities, and the intercity strategic industry chain is the key to constructing one group of industries system in the city. In this article, we has probed into the concepts of urban agglomeration and the competition characteristics of urban agglomeration, analyzed the development of new trends of the industrial division of labor in urban agglomeration, we think that construction intercity strategic industry chain is the basis of a reasonable division of labor, at last, we has put forward the basic strategy of constructing the intercity strategic industry chain which proceeding from characteristic of the intercity strategic industry chain.
