Contradiction and Governance Research in Urban Fringe Area Developing——Based on the Case of Guangzhou City
以广州为例，分析城市边缘区在空间形态、产业发展、土地利用和规划管理中的双重发展矛盾，指出在城乡二元土地管理体制下，规划体系难以协调，提出基于土地发展权的区域治理框架。
Urban fringe area has become the core space of urban development,including the inner city expansion and the town sprawl. By defining key words of the spatial range in study,the article analysis the dual development Contradiction in Guangzhou city,from the spatial shape,the industrial development,the land utilization,the plan management,and conclude the contradiction and the characteristic development duality in urban fringe area. The study concludes the contradiction and character of dual development in this area. The paper pointed out that the establishment and implement plan system is difficult to coordinate the current city-country dual land management system,especially under the dependence to dual-track urbanization way. The countermeasure research must base on the regional governance. The key solution is to build a regional governance ration frame base on land development rights.
