THE CAUSES OF LAND TRANSFER IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF AGRICULTURAL LABOR FORCES
从农村剩余劳动力和农地资源黏性角度分析土地流转的原因，发现大量剩余劳动力降低农地黏性，加上城市吸引力导致劳动力外移，进而引发农地流转。
This thesis analyzed the causes of land transfer in the perspective of surplus labor from rural areas and the adhesion of agricultural land resources,it appeares that the large number of rural surplus labor force lead to the decrease of the adhesion of agricultural land resources,plus the city's attractive to the agricultural labor force which may cause the requrirements of shifting outwards,and the shifting will inevitably lead to the transfer of agricultural land.
