There are some problems resulting from“fever”of real estate during the urbanization in China. It is crucial for China's modernization that how to keep the development of urbanization in continuable and balanced state.In the paper,the author uses economic methods to discuss the equilibrium of continuable development of urbanization,and adjustment policy of achieving the equilibrium.
