Utilizing foreign capital becomes an indispensable and important section of constructing the central cities in Beibu Gulf Economic Area of Guangxi.Nowadays,there are some adverse factors during utilizing foreign capital in aspect of infrastructure and how to attract foreign capital.At the same time,new challenge of utilizing foreign capital results from change of external environment to the central cities in Beibu Gulf Economic Area of Guangxi.Therefore,those cities should make accurate orientation to enhance actual effect of attracting commercial capital through taking diversified measures.
