Study on the Leading Industries of Marine Emerging Industries Based on Grey System Theory:A Case of Blue Economic Zone of Shandong Peninsula
运用灰色系统理论构建评价体系，为山东半岛蓝色经济区筛选出海洋生物医药和海水淡化为主导产业，并识别出现代海洋渔业等优势产业，对政策制定和区域发展有参考价值。
Under the grey system theory,to select the leading industries of marine emerging industries in blue economic zone of Shandong peninsula by constructing the evaluation system of marine emerging industries.The results show that: Firstly,the marine biomedicine industry and the seawater desalination industry belonging to marine secondary industry should be chose as the leading industries.And secondly,the modern marine fishery which belongs to marine primary industry and marine oil-gas industry which belongs to marine secondary industry are advantage industries,having the potential and strength of becoming dominant industries.Thirdly,the coastal tourism industry belonging to marine tertiary industry and the marine power industry belonging to marine secondary industry are classified as general industrial,which would be continued to develop.In line with the strategic choice of blue economic zone,making scientific policy system,constructing the marine industry cluster area,focusing on the basic research and applicable talents and strengthening the eco-awareness of environmental protection etc.To raise the level of marine emerging industry development,drive related industries progress,and promote the ocean economy and even the regional economic development in blue economic area of Shandong peninsula.
