How Resource Consumption Exerts Influence Upon the Quality of Hunan Urbanization—Based on the Cobb Douglass Production Function as well as Error Correction Model
基于柯布-道格拉斯生产函数和IPAT模型，加入资源消耗变量，分析资源消耗如何从生产率角度影响城镇化质量，发现长期均衡关系存在，但短期调整需依赖资本和人力资本。
Based on Cobb Douglass Production Function and IPAT model,we add new variable of resource consumption to extend Cobb Douglass Production Function,so as to analyze how resource consumption exerts influence upon the quality of urbanization from the perspective of productivity.It has been proven that there exists long-term balance relationship between urbanization quality coefficient and capital stock,employees as well as resource consumption.Although hardly any obvious link can be seem between resource consumption and urbanization quality coefficient,without the foundation of capital stock and human capital,the quality of urbanization will surely fall behind.Influenced by capital stock and human capital,the urbanization quality coefficient,in a short term,will adjust itself,but we should still exert our efforts in accelerating the restructuring of economic pattern so as to achieve stronger resource output capacity.
