Mass tourism used the resources without limit.Ecotourism cannot repeat the history whatever happens.Two-way relations model of ecotourism essential factors is established to emphasize the interaction and cooperative development of human being and nature(ecotoursim resources).The factor of human being includes administrators,managers,visitors and local residents.While some independent administrative organization should be suggested to responsible for the resource protection,management should pay for the resource in order to embody the reasonable profit.While ecotourism visitors are under an obligation to obey some special disciplines,local residents will throw themselves into exploitation and management.Making clear the responsibilities of human being and giving some suggestions to restrain the behaviors of these sides,some practical doubts can be resolved.
