REGIONAL DISPARITY OF REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY IN CHINA——ANALYSIS BASED ON THE FIRST ECONOMIC CENSUS
基于中国第一次经济普查数据,分析了房地产业在东部、中部和西部地区的差异,发现东部地区在企业规模、就业、资质和财务状况上显著优于其他地区,并探讨了区域经济、政策和市场环境的影响。
It investigated the regional disparity of real estate industry based on the First Economic Census of China.The percentages of work unit scale,employment,first level qualification and non-native firms which were in the eastern area were much higher than those in other areas.And the production condition and corporate finance condition of firms which were located in the eastern area were much better than those in other areas.It discussed that the main determinants were regional economy,economic policy and market environment.And it implicated that industry development strategy and public regulation policies should be regionally oriented.
