Knowledge Management Performance Index Based onKnowledge Cycle Process
提出一种名为KMPI的新指标，基于知识循环过程的五个组成部分（知识创造、积累、共享、利用和内化），用于评估企业在某一时点的知识管理绩效，推动企业向知识密集型转型。
It aimes at proposing a new metric,named KMPI (Knowledge Management Performance Index) to evaluate the performance of knowledge management at a point in time. Firms are assumed to have always been oriented toward accumulating and applying knowledge to create economic value and competitive advantage. On the basis of the assumption,we suggest KMPI,a new metric having a logistic function with five components of knowledge cycle process (KCP)-knowledge creation,knowledge accumulation,knowledge sharing,knowledge utilization,and knowledge internalization. With KCP efficiency increasing,KMPI will become greater motive force which pushes firms to become knowledge-intensive business.
