Industrial Restructuring and Transferring based on Complex Networks of CRMAs
利用2006-2011年中国企业并购数据构建跨区域并购复杂网络，从中心性、子群和核心-边缘角度分析网络结构，揭示产业重组与转移规律，为各省提升产业竞争力提供政策建议。
The Cross-Region Mergers and Acquisitions(CRMAs) is one of the important channels for provincial industry reengineering and transferring.This paper constructs complex networks of CRMAs,using the data of Chinese enterprises MA during 2006-2011,and analysis CRMAs from the perspective of centrality analysis,subgroup analysis and core-periphery analysis.We evaluate network structure and the status in CRMAs and find some remarkable laws for industrial restructuring and transferring in China.Finally,we point out that stimulating and opening polices for economy and capital markets,establishing competitive strategies and technical tactics for CRMAs are critical for every province to improve its industry competitive capability.
