A Preliminary Discussion on Green Transformation of Resource-based Cities:Enlightenment from the Practice of Taiyuan
通过构建三维结构模型，从经济、社会、资源、环境等多维度阐述绿色转型内涵，并基于此评估资源型城市绿色发展能力，为太原等城市的绿色转型提供科学依据。
It elaborates the connotation of green transformation by building the three-dimensional structure model and comparing with general economy transformation from the aspects as economy,society,resource,environment,enterprise,industry and government,and investigates green development ability of resourcebased cities based on the connotation in order to offer scientific basis to make green transformation to be carried out pertinently.Studying shows that: green transformation is the important way for resource-based cities to realize sustainable development which immediately concerns the improvement of city's green development ability.Now Taiyuan is making explorations and innovations positively in terms of green transformation practice on behalf of resource-based cities.Taiyuan's green development ability is improved before green transformation,but there are still some shortcomings such as harmonious and stable society,industrial and employment structure,pollution treatment of enterprise,and energy consumption,which need to be improved and perfected in the green transformation.
