AN ANALYSIS OF SUSTAINABLE UTILIZATION OF MARINE FISHERY RESOURCES IN HEBEI PROVINCE
利用Walter Hilborn的不平衡生产模型评估河北省海洋渔业资源，计算最大可持续产量和最适捕捞量，并分析经济损失和最优管理方案，为渔业资源的合理有序开发提供参考。
With the fishery resources becoming more and more rigorous, while the total yield of catching increases annually, which easily makes people to think that the marine fishery resources is deteriorating greatly. This paper, with the help of Walter Hilborn's imbalance production model , evaluates the sources and figures out the maximum sustainable yield(MSY)and the optimum fishing (fopt).It also makes the estimation of economic loss and the optimal analysis of administration in order to realize sustainable development. This paper aims at presenting some references for achieving proper and orderly exploitation and utility of the fishery resources in Hebei Province.
