ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE TRANSFER OF INTERNATIONAL INDUSTRY AND THE CONCUSSION OF CRISIS
通过纵向分析发现，二战后三次国际产业转移均伴随危机，最近一次美国次贷危机引发的金融波动可能推动新一轮产业转移，中国需做好准备承接。
This paper has the following findings based on vertically analysis:After World War II,the first three transfer of international industry were accompanied by the crises of the Cold War of the 1950's,the U.S.dollar crisis of the 1960's years and the1970's oil crisis.Most recently the transfer of industry also has the shadow of the Asian financial crisis.The fundamental motivation of the transfer of international industry is the development of the world's productive forces and the deepening of international division of labor.However,as an external factor,the crisis was always accompanied by the global industrial transfer.The U.S.subprime mortgage crisis has triggered a new round of international financial crisis and the world economic fluctuations,which are promoting the adjustment of the international division of labor,may give rise to the emergence of a new round of industrial transfer.In view of this,China needs to do a good job for preparations of undertaking a new round of the transfer of international industry.
