STUDY ON THE DEVELOPMENT ACTUALITY OF URBANIZATION AND INNOVATION OF INSTITUTION IN GANSU PROVINCE
基于甘肃省城镇化发展现状的评估，分析了推进城镇化面临的困难，强调需要改革户籍管理、完善土地和社会保障制度、营造政策环境与产业集群、深化城市管理创新。
In recent years ,urbanization has devoted the economic development in China. While the experiences indicate that urbanization and economic development are the course of reciprocity. Based on the basic estimation of development actuality during the course of urbanization in Gansu province,the paper point out the tactic signification of promoting urbanization under the social and economic background. On the basis of analyzing the difficulty Gansu province meets in the course of urbanization in brief,we stress that promoting urbanization needs a series of innovations of the institution, including reforming the managing institution of traditional registered permanent residence,promoting the management of information; perfecting the current land system, establishing and perfecting the system social ensure;building the policy environment and industrial clusters in favor of urbanization;deepening the innovation of urban management,erecting the conception of managing cities.
