The poignant conflict between rapid-growing population and keeping-decreasing cultivated land has made the research on dynamic monitoring system of cultivated land receive more and more attention. In this essay we deal with the principles and methods of setting the dynamic monitoring system. And a case study on the suburb of Liuzhou City, Guangxi Province has been provided.
