Analysis on Economic Growth and Industrial Waste Discharge of Jiangxi Province
基于1990-2008年数据，检验江西省经济增长与环境质量的关系，发现除工业固体废物外，其他指标呈N型曲线，总体环境趋势良好。
Based on the Environmental Kuznets Curve(EKC) hypothesis,the paper analyses the relationship between economic growth and environmental quality with the economic and environmental data from 1990 to 2008 of Jiangxi Province.Empirical study indicates that the EKC curve of Jiangxi Province differs from the typical shape of EKC(inverted-U),except of the industrial solid wastes discharged,the relationship between other indicators of environmental quality and economic growth shows the N shape,and that is to say,the overall environmental quality and economic development in Jiangxi Province is in a good trend.Based on the Conclusion,this paper presents several policy recommendations for the development of Jiangxi.
