An Empirical Study on the Relation Among Trust,Control and Cooperation Risk in Strategic Alliance
通过问卷调查和统计分析，实证研究了战略联盟中组织信任、控制与合作风险的关系，发现情感信任降低合作风险，社会控制是减少风险的主要方式。
Through questionnaire survey and using statistic analysis,it makes an empirical study on organizational trust,control and cooperation risk as well as the relationship between them in strategic alliance.The study indicates that cooperation risk is lower under emotive trust;The rational trust has poor effect on controlling cooperation risk;Power control couldn't make well control on misappropriate risk but and could induce input,social control is main way to reduce cooperation risk;Trust is helpful to implement control.Finally,it gives us managerial advices on cooperation risk management.
