Research on the Knowledge Attributes, Context-dependency and the Conditions for Sharing Tacit Knowledge
研究了隐性知识的情境依赖性，指出其共享需面对面交流，信息化虽有利但无法替代亲身在场，对知识管理实践有参考价值。
Knowledge possesses the attributes of tacitness and context-dependency.The communication and sharing of tacit knowledge is closely related with context.Actually,tacit knowledge sharing is a process of knowledge creation,only by the ways of being present in person and inter-communication,can the tacit knowledge be transferred and shared.Though informatization has created favorable conditions to advance knowledge sharing,it is very difficult to settle down the non-structured problems by informatization.Information system loses frequently efficacy in sharing tacit and context dependent knowledge.Information system does ever not substitute for face-to-face communication.Thus,to share the tacit and context dependent knowledge,it is absolutely necessary for the communicators to be co-present even in the background of informatization.
