STUDY ON SITUATION AND ITS DRIVING FORCES OF CULTIVATED LAND RESOURCE IN TIANJIN
基于54年统计与调查数据，分析了天津市耕地面积波动减少的趋势及人均耕地下降、集约利用上升的现状，并指出人口增长、经济发展、城市化、政策和经济比较效益是主要驱动力。
The main concerns of this paper are denoted to the situation of cultivated land resource utilizations and its basic process changes in Tianjin.According to the statistical and survey data of 54 years,also,the driving forces for the changes in cultivated land area is discussed.The main conclusions are shown below: there is a general trend of fluctuant decrease in cultivated land area during the last 54 years with per capital cultivated land reducing and intensive utilization rising constantly;cultivated land in Tianjin is of low quality and reserve land resource is deficient.Population growth,rapid economic development,urbanization,policy,and compared economic benefits are the dominant macro-driving force factors in cultivated land changes in Tianjin.
