STUDY ON THE NONFEASIBILITY FOR CHINA TO ESTABLISH ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT DEPUTY CAPITAL

Beijing has problems in its sustainable development. Some scholars had put forward different proposals to solve those problems. Li wan and his fellows suggest establish an economic management deputy capital in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan triangle area. For this, the author thinks otherwise, illustrated that the aid of an economic management deputy capital to alleviate the burden of the present capital is limited. With other arguments the author comes to conclusion that is not feasible for China to set up an economic deputy capital. The author contended that improving the environment of the urban and its' around area and decentralizing functions of Beijing are the main practical ways to handle the problems of the city.
