Study on Hierarchical Structure of Enterprise Knowledge and its Management Process
本文综述知识管理文献，分析企业本体论的应用，提出企业知识的意义、层次结构和管理过程模型，对知识管理研究者和实践者有用。
It is known that knowledge is becoming an indispensable resource for the sustainable development of modern enterprises. Knowledge management (KM) is an emerging discipline with many ideas yet to be tested,many issues yet to be resolved,and much learning yet to be discovered. It surveys the existing literatures,gives an overview of cureent state of progress in KM,and analyses the application of enterprise ontology to KM. Based on these work,it discusses the meaning of enterprise knowledge,puts forward its hierarchical structure and a management process model.
