Study on Measuring to Effectiveness of Housing Market in Tianjin
基于有效市场理论，用单位根检验、方差比检验、VAR模型和格兰杰因果检验，实证测度天津住房市场有效性，发现未达到时间和空间弱有效性，并提出政策建议。
According to the theory of efficient capital market,this paper empirically measures the effectiveness of housing market in Tianjin by using the methods of unit root test,variance ratio test,VAR model and Granger causality test.The conclusion is that the housing market in Tianjin districts has not reached time weak effectiveness and space weak effectiveness.And then it gives some policy suggestions to improve the effectiveness for housing market.
