Regional Variation of Coal Production-Consumption in China Based on Panel-Data Model
利用1991-2009年中国30个省份的面板数据，分析东中西部煤炭生产消费的区域差异，发现东部消费远高于中西部，建议东部发展低碳经济，中西部调整产业结构。
This paper sets up a Panel-Data model based on the coal consumptions and coal productions of 30 provinces in China from 1991 to 2009.These provinces are located in east region,central region and west region which are classified in the light of economic geography characters.We calculate and analyze regional variation respectively.These results show the coal consumption of Jiangsu province including Shanghai city is the highest in 30 provinces,and the coal consumption of east region is far higher than that of central and west regions.Economic development in east region need to get rid of high dependence on coal consumption and develop low carbon economy;central region and west region need to adjust industrial structure,lower the proportion of coal mining industry in national economy,focus on the content of science and technology in different industries and leave resource-dependent economic development mode.
