From the sight of regionally humanity-environment to study the developing of township of Southern Jiangsu Province

This article reviews the development process of township of Southern Jiangsu Province, and analyzes conversion of humanity_environment. From the aspects of autochthonous _culture,economic development, administration and policy ,we discover regionally autochthonous_culture what acts sostenuto on township of Southern Jiangsu Province and form the special autochthonous humanity_environment which keeps the development of townships in a living and healthy way. This article analyzes humanity_environment that's an important factor what promotes the synthesize society environment quality quickly and bring along the rapid development of economic and rural urbanization.This article proposes that humanity_environment what takes root in regionally autochthonous_culture should be emphasized in the city_country planning from strategic point of view.
