Analysis on Spatial-temporal Differences of Urban Construction Land along Longhai-Lanxin-Beijiang Railway
研究了1991-2009年陇海-兰新-北疆铁路沿线城市各类建设用地的时空差异,发现绝对和相对差异均扩大,且人均建设用地多超标,为城市规划提供参考。
Using range,standard deviation,coefficient of variation,Gini coefficient,integrated expansion coefficient of urban construction land,Theil index and so on,this paper has analyzed spatial-temporal differences of urban construction land along Longhai-Lanxin-Beijiang railway so as to provide the scientific foundation for urban construction land planning of different cities.The results show that: ① From 1991 to 2009,both the absolute difference and relative difference among different cities had a growing trend.Apart from land for storage,relative differences of the other types of urban construction lands had either fluctuation tend or fluctuation descending trend;Polarization phenomena of urban construction land integrated expansion is significant,and in general,the integrated expansion coefficient along Longhai railway was bigger than that along Lanxin-Beijiang railway.②In 2009,urban construction land per capita in more than half of the cities along Longhai-Lanxin-Beijiang railway outnumbers the national standard Ⅳ level;The areal distribution difference degree of different urban construction lands was different,also,there was no direct matching relation between urban construction land expansion and its economic benefit.
