RESEARCH ON SCALE TYPE OF CITY AND TOWN AS EMPLOYMENT DESTINATION BY FARM HOUSEHOLD IN RURAL AREAS OF CENTRAL CHINA——A CASE STUDY FOR THREE SAMPLE VILLAGES IN HENAN PAOVINCE
基于河南三个村的农户调查数据，用逻辑回归模型分析农户选择不同规模城镇就业的影响因素，发现就业地集中在省会、深圳特区、镇和地区首府，而县城较少；村庄距离、家庭代数和关系网络是显著因素。
Studying on scale types of city and town as employment destination by farm household is an important issue to understand the flow rule of rural migration worker.Based on farm household investigation data,the paper,taking the three sample villages as case,studies the selection on scale types of city and town as employment destination by farm household in rural areas of central China by Multiple Logistic Regression Model and Ordinal Logistic Regression Model.It is discovered that: ①the employment place chiefly concentrated in provincial capitals,Shenzhen special region,towns and regional capitals,but little in county seats.②The distance between village and employment place has significant relation to selection of scale types of city and town as employment destination by farm household.③The number of family generations,economy development level at villages and relation networks are the significant factors to select the scale types of city and town as employment destination.
