Research Into Housing Price Fluctuation Trends and Regulation Policies
本文从中国房地产发展现实出发，初步研究了住房价格波动、趋势及调控政策，分析了影响房价的十大因素及其相关性，旨在为房地产业健康发展提供政策指导。
They are not only economic issues, but also political and social concerns. Housing prices fluctuations are dynamic. The real estate industry has become a central growth engine for our national economy. After the outbreak of the financial crisis, sharp fluctuations in housing prices have raised concern in most countries in the world. This article provides a preliminary study into the housing price fluctuations, their trend and the regulation policies from the perspective of real estate development realities in China. Ten major factors affecting housing price are presented while the correlation of each with housing price is analyzed in order to establish a proactive policy directive for the healthy development of the real estate industry.
