Research on the Mechanism of Intermediaries on the Technological Transaction Efficiencies
将技术交易效率分解为匹配效率和执行效率，通过理论模型分析中介对匹配效率的影响，发现中介可能产生正负两种福利效应。
The efficiencies are composed of two parts:the matching efficiency and the performing efficiency. In this paper,the affecting mechanism of the matching efficiency is analyzed with the theoretical models. Found by reseach:① there are inefficient factors in the process of technological transactions;② technological intermediary can produce a negative as well as a positive welfare effect.
