As the double driving forces of national strategy,the Northeast revitalization and development of coastal economic belt in liaoning province become the endogenous strength of Northeast development in the new period.For the heavy industry base in long term influenced by the planned economy,the Northeast area have formed the interior economic layout in history,adding the convergence of regional industrial structure and other reasons to make the regional structure adjustment and integrated development facing problem.Take the prefecture city as units,through measuring the strength value of Northeastern urban flows during 2002 to 2007 and carrying on spatial analyses to summarize the main features of spatial links among the Northeastern urban flows,reveal the advantageous conditions and limiting factors of the sea-land interaction development between the coastal economic zone and hinterland,as well as propose the pertinent sea-land interaction strategy and countermeasures.
