DEVELOPMENT RESEARCH OF CONTINUOUS POOR AREAS OF OUR COUNTRY BASED ON NEW REGIONALISM
回顾了从区域主义到新区域主义的演变，重点分析新区域主义的理论观点和政策导向，提出在连片特困地区实施产业政策优先方针以拓宽新产业发展空间、促进区域创新网络建设和制度基础培育。
This paper reviews the evolution process from regionalism to new regionalism of western countries,and emphatically analyzes theoretical point of new regionalism and its policy orientation.Based on this,the author puts forward that we should implement priority guidelines of industrial policy in continuous poor areas to broaden new industries' development space,promote the regional innovation network construction,promote the building of institutional foundation for economic development,and cultivate regional central city.
