A Study on the Training of Rural-urban Migrants Based on Industrial Upgrading:Take the New Coastal Region of TianJin As An Example
分析了天津滨海新区产业升级背景下，将城乡迁移工人培养为技能型人才的可行性、现状问题及对策，对区域劳动力政策制定者有用。
Being brought into the national development strategy,the new coastal region of TianJin,as the third pole of Chinese economic development,is faced with the subject of industrial upgrading.Industrial upgrading results in the blowout demand of skilled talents.This article analyzes the possibility of rural-urban migrants as the low-end skilled talents and the possibility of training them into skilled talents firstly.Then it investigates the situation of their training in the new coastal region of TianJin and points out problems.At last,it puts forward some countermeasures.
