The paper discusses development strategies and feasibility of the high-tech park.Land use suitability analysis is used and the experience of high-tech parks around world is learned.The planning is an ecological one:natural topography,vegetation,and water systems are well protected,which is used as the constraint for land development and road construction.The park is planned as a complex of living,working and playing,a characteristics of world-level high-tech park.
