TheSandwich Class Housing Scheme(SCHS)is the first housing scheme offered by the Hong Kong Authority to subsidize a group of people with an income higher than the income limit set for the other existing public housing schemes.This article analyses its implementation background,learns its construction,management and implementation experiences.Propose some measures to relief the sandwich class housing difficulties in some cities of the Mainland China.
