以世界文化遗产西递为例，总结了古村落旅游目的地土地利用的完整性、不变性、总量有限和收益高等特征，分析了旅游开发前后土地利用结构变化及问题，并提出对策。
Xidi in Yi County,Anhui Provinceis a site of World Cultural Heritage .Based on abundant investigationin Xidi ,the author summa-ries the land use characteristics of ancient village tourist destinations , which are :integrity, unchangeableness ,limited in total number andhighly profited.The author explains the structural changes Xidi land use andthe reasonfor it before and after tourismdevelopment ,analyzessome problems in present land use in Xidi ,and gives his countermeasures as toland use problems in Xidi tourismdevelopment .
