Based on analyzing the conditions of the development of agricultural industrialization and its present characteristics in Shanghai, this paper makes an indepth discussion to the main models of the agricultural industrialization and the distribution of its productivity bases, proposes some viewpoints about the further development of the agriculture industrialization in Shanghai.
