Accessibility and Equity of Seismic Shelters for Evacuation in Xuzhou
基于GIS网络分析，用四个指标评估徐州地震疏散避难场所的可达性和公平性，发现整体可达性良好但区域差异大，服务公平性不均，为优化布局提供参考。
Taking four indices as measurement,the accessibility and equity of seismic shelters for evacuation in Xuzhou has been analyzed in this paper based on network analysis of GIS.The results show that the overall accessibility of seismic shelters for evacuation in Xuzhou is fine,the disparities of accessibility are not evident between groups,and the spatial differences of accessibility are more larger in all districts.Distribution of seismic shelters for evacuation in accordance with population density is relative equity,but fairness level of providing service in all groups are uneven and more districts have population gaps.On the whole,the results help us accurately grasp the spatial distribution and service status and provide some references for optimizing spatial layout of seismic shelters for evacuation in Xuzhou.
