With the deepening of opening-up policy and rapid development of market economy,land increasingly acts as scarce resources.Consequently,the conflicts of interest and powers brought by land has triggered a series of social issues.This article is objected at China's household removal system,illustrating the interest conflict between each other after the analysis of the interests and powers between the participants of government,developer and household to be resettled,then proposing the should however value orientation of our current housing legislation,finding out the optimal path to manage and allocate the legal rights,obligations and responsible resources most efficiently.
