MECHANISM DESIGN AND SYSTEM SELECTION FOR POVERTY ALLEVIATION
基于中国近二十年扶贫实践，指出制度缺失是当前扶贫工作面临的主要困难，强调通过调整战略、机制设计和政策来加强扶贫制度建设，期待农村扶贫的制度创新。
During the almost two-decade practice of poverty alleviation in China, institutional factor has been playing an important role in the historic process of poverty alleviation.With the rapid development of the practice of poverty alleviation,in particular,the ever-decreasing poverty population in China,there have been a few changes in the characteristics of Chinese poverty problem,which has posed some new challenges and problems to Chinese poverty relief work.Currently,the poverty relief work is great difficulties,which is mainly caused by the lack of system.Consequently,it is essential for us to reinforce the poverty alleviation system construction by adjusting the strategy,mechanism design as well as policy for poverty relief accordingly.We are expecting the system innovation in poverty alleviation of rural areas.
