DEVELOPMENT AND UTILIZATION OF TIDAL MUDFLAT RESOURCE OF SHEYANG COUNTY
研究了射阳县潮滩泥质滩涂的面积、增长速率及开发阶段，分析了利用中存在的问题，并提出了统筹规划、调整产业结构等建议。
Littoral mudflat is not only an important reservation land resource, but also containing abundance other resources, such as aquatic products, terraneous organism, harbor, fresh water, renewable energy, mineral and tourism resources. The area of tidal mudflat in Sheyang county is 674.6km~2, and the increasing rate is 2.2km~2/a. The development of tidal mudflat in the county has experienced three stages since establishment of our country, i. e., extensive utilization, traditional utilization and integrative utilization. There are a series of problems during development and utilization of tidal mudflat resource, such as low coefficient of utilization, low level of industry structure and small-scale industry, under-developed basic conditions, low level of science and technology, and being short of unitive overall planning of development and utilization. According to regional conditions of resource, the author gives some advices for development of tidal mudflat resource, such as making overall plans and developing in progressively, accelerating the adjustment of industry structure and cultivating leading industry, and actualizing the strategy of flourishing tidal mudflat by science and technology and improving the developing benefit of tidal mudflat resource.
