DISCUSSION ON THE RBD DEVELOPMENT BASED ON CONSUMERS'LEISURE AND RECREATION BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS——TAKE CHANGSHA FOR EXAMPLE
研究了消费者休闲娱乐行为与休闲商业区（RBD）建设的关系，通过长沙数据分析不同消费者群体的行为影响因素，为RBD规划提供建议。
Exploring the construction of the Recreational Business District(RBD) is an important subject of urban development,and analyzing the consumers' leisure and recreation behaviors provide useful references to the construction and planning of RBD.This paper combines deduction and induction to define the variables which include the consumers' lifestyles,attitudes and behavior of leisure and recreation,and choices of recreational places.With data from Changsha,capital of central Hunan province,this paper studied relation between different groups of consumers and the influencing factors of their leisure and recreation behavior.With the quantitative analysis and a brief review of the developing modes of RBD in China,the paper provides suggestions for the RBD-development in Changsha and discusses future directions on the planning and construction of RBD in China.
